WHAT WE DO
We provide camp and retreat experiences for grieving kids and families. By providing adventurous new experiences of fun, healthy discovery, supportive conversation, and guided learning, lives change. The kids and families are better equipped to develop increased confidence, emotional resilience, strengthened relationships, and a more hopeful outlook.
We hold our retreats and camps in four states – California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Colorado options coming soon!
Family Retreats
Our hope is that these faith-based retreats will give your family the opportunity to cherish the memories of your loved one, build new relationships with others experiencing similar grief, and gain a better understanding of what healthy grief looks like.
Why Abba’s Child?
Abba’s Child provides supportive experiences along with tools and resources to help kids and families navigate their frightening new reality of grief and loss.
Kid’s Grief Camps
Abba’s Child strives to provide an environment where kids can explore their grief, freely talk about the confusing emotions they are experiencing, and have a whole lot of fun.
Change a life today
We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the help of our amazing Abba’s Child community. Thanks to our facilitators, volunteers and our generous donors, we have been able to inspire hope in 667 children since the start. To help us in our mission, consider volunteering or donating below.
